Unless otherwise selected at check out, all packages are automatically set to "Authority to Leave". Aurelian Crystals doesn't take responsiblity for lost packages, however we will follow up with the relevant post service to the best of our ability if this should occur.
Please note - Most items are shipped via Australian Postal Service, however we will occasionally opt for a courier service to deliver packages.Thank you for your understanding.
Please allow 2-4 business days processing time for in stock items and up to 7 business days for made to order shelves.
If you place an order around the time we do an update or during a big sale, please keep in mind it may take an extra day or two to pack and ship your order. We are a very small team and appreciate your patience!

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on your location. Please take busy periods such as Christmas into account.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We DO NOT accept returns, refunds or exchanges based on change of mind so please think carefully before ordering.
We don't accept order cancellations, once an order is placed, it is final. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have regarding your order as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your item arrives damaged or defective*, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and ship items back within 5 days of delivery. We will organise a replacement of the same item or to the same value of the item. If this isn’t possible we will organise a full refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, this includes valid tracking.
*Damaged and defective items are determined at our descretion and we will require photo evidence to complete the refund or replacement process.
